UpdateCue provides a decision-recording service. Users are responsible for lawful content and recipient consent. The service is provided during beta without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. UpdateCue is not a certified electronic-signature or identity-verification service. These beta terms should be reviewed by legal counsel before public launch.
